At a time when there seems to be a lot of scary stories and worry about youth in Australia and at a time when people with a disability are under a lot of often unfair and damaging scrutiny, it was a wonderful day today to have 240 young people giving
Tim a standing ovation at the Impact Gold Coast Youth Summit .15 to 24 year olds learning about leadership and supporting equality and inclusion. And they mean business. So positive . Impact is a ground breaking and leading conference for young people held at Seaworld Resort.. And young people telling Tim he is an inspiration, embracing Tim, getting photos with Tim brought tears to my eyes. We continue to stand on stages sharing Tims story hoping it will make a difference to one person. I think it does. Always remember there are more good people in this world than bad and the future looks bright with the young people we met today, where everyone is welcome. Its a wonderful life.
