National Carers week. We were honoured to share Tim’s story and our carers story on the Sunshine Coast Queensland this morning. For nearly everyone at some stage of your life, you will either need a carer or be a carer. Even little kids take on the role of carer. Carers take on a role that is enormous and not often recognised, this is the week to praise them for being true heroes and examples of life’s great attributes, selflessness, dedication, kindness, care and love. Most of them will tell you they don’t do anything special, but its not true they do something extraordinary. We want to praise all the carers. If you know someone who is a carer this is the week to remind them of how magnificent they are.
